Servco Lexus – Kapiolani Blvd Dealership Refresh
Blending performance with comfort, this dealership refresh showcases how thoughtful design and strong partnerships can transform everyday spaces into experiences that inspire.
Servco Lexus set out to refresh its flagship Kapiolani Boulevard dealership in Honolulu with one clear goal—to enhance the customer experience. Completed in late 2021, the renovation reimagined both the showroom and administrative areas, creating a refined yet welcoming environment that embodies the precision and craftsmanship of the Lexus brand.
Working alongside design partners Peter Uchiyama and Cheryl Ing from Shimokawa + Nakamura and the Servco Pacific project team, Office Pavilion furnished two floors of the dealership, including administrative workstations and private offices on both levels, as well as the first-floor showroom lounge.
The updated space features Herman Miller workstations and private offices, complete with ergonomic monitor arms; Geiger Full Twist guest chairs; and Eames conference tables that anchor collaborative areas. In the showroom, Bernhardt design lounge seating in sleek black leather and coffee tables complement the bold, modern graphics introduced throughout the renovation—adding texture, contrast, and warmth to the customer experience.
Project Highlights

This project continues our trusted partnerships with both Servco and Shimokawa + Nakamura, reflecting a shared commitment to thoughtful design and enduring quality. The result is a dealership environment that feels fresh, comfortable, and unmistakably Lexus.
